I only had to drive about 3 hours. I don't want to spend the whole time in my car, even tho I love driving it. Maybe one day's worth, ending in the late afternoon would be OK, as long we could get out of the city into the winding roads of the country (God, I love to drive fast). Just an idea. SZ 05 was my first major event---it was great and I look forward to 06. With Jim and Mark in charge, how could we possibly go wrong? I was very impressed with how well everything went. Unless anyone else has the time, expertise, and connections to do better, I say let them work their magic. WA 2 TUFF SVT 2000 Tropic Green SVT Born 1/28/2000-1975 out of 2150-only 207 made. How about staying out of a forum/thread that you don't contribute to? Again, the majority of CEG has proven to be in the midwest. This is why Spring Zing generally centralizes around it. Not to say Spring Zing CAN'T be held anywhere else, such as New Jersey or Pennsylvania, but like has been said before, who is going to organize it, and how are they going to get people to come? For me, I'd like a member that has been on CEG for quite a while to set things up. I'd like it to be somewhere that will have a huge turnout.
