I myself dont like atlanta much...

Ive driven through atlanta on my way to florida four or five times (more like eight or ten with return trip)

I have tried EVERY time of day to catch the least traffic, and EVERY trip ive been in a traffic jam! 3 am... traffic jam on a four lane road! of course that time was because there were two cars wrecked int hel eft to lanes, and one car upside down on the far right. And apperantly the upside down one worked at kinkos because there were at least 10000000000000000 peices of paper all over the road.

Fun stuff that drive down 75 is....
