I got my credit card statement this week , and (as expected) , I was not credited for the double-charging that Amerisuites gave me . After many calls to the manager , promises , excuses , non-returned messages from the GM and crap , I can honestly say that if SZ-06 is held at the Amerisuites again , I WILL NOT be attending my 4th Spring Zing . I had great fun at SZ-05 , and it was good seeing old friends & meetinf new people & stuff , but I don't need B.S. like this . Many props go out to those who had their hands in setting it up , because it was great . I realize that this double-charging that some of us incurred was not your fault , it's the tool of a GM that's hosed me & wasted my time & money on numerous long-distance phonecalls to Fort Wayne only to be lied to . This was supposedly taken care of back on 6-2 , when I got a hold of him before  .
Sorry to bring a bummer to this thread , but I wanted to give my input as an �¼ber-longtime CEG'er .

Allen, I think we may be having it at Comfort Inn Suites next year which is a little bit cheaper in price and the banquet hall is twice as large.

 I just gotta say....I have the most highest respect for the coordinators of this past SZ, and the one we're already planning for next year. The planning, organizing, and timing of this is just awesome. Keep it up. The hard effort put forth shows!

Cheaper makes me happy, the difference in price could easily be put twoards the actual event!
