In reply to RandyCSVT, Whether they are American or Hispanic they all start here at $7.50 an hour. It's a Union meat plant. This is not bad money for this area of Ohio. There is plenty of places around here for Hispanics to learn English, if you will notice that in my earlier post I stated that they claim to not understand, implying that they use this to get out of doing work. What you do not seam to grasp is the fact that our forefathers built this country with thier sweat, thier blood, thier tears, because they wanted a better life for themselves and thier families. They did not come here expecting America to put up signs in German, French, Spanish etc. They came here and became part of America. They did not let phonemes or anything else stop them, They payed thier taxes, got drivers licences and learned the lanuage so that they would fit in.
