That gibberish is called Spanish. Unless you are a Native American your ancestors also came here speaking "gibberish." "usted ha sido poseÃ?Âdo" that says you got owned. I figured I should translate since you dont speak "gibberish."
Only Spain settled North America? What history book did you learn from?
Native Americans were here first. Any language other than what they spoke would be considered "gibberish" The Spanish came here speaking their "gibberish." The pilgrims came later speaking some different "gibberish". Then your ancestors came speaking some other form of "gibberish."
Ahh, now I see. You first defined "gibberish" as just Spanish but what you really meant is that ANY foreign language is, to the unlearned at least, "gibberish."
I have no idea what the hell anyone is talking about now. I believe that you shouldnt get pissed because some business is there to serve a particular population. They seem to serve mainly the spanish speaking community, but want to let you know that they speak english too, and can serve the needs of the english speaking community. I see no point in getting pissed about that. I could care less if somebody opened an insurance company that served the needs of people who spoke some other language. There is a need to be met and they are getting the job done. Why are people taking this as a sign that spanish speakers are trying to take over the US.
This post originally refered to Spanish as gibberish, and I was just trying to point out that whatever language you currently speak could at some point be seen as "gibberish."
