you could always weight till she leaves for a while and then JB weld her door knobs  or the mail box shut(which is more illegal, because harming mailboxes is bad). subscrib her to every porn mag under the sun  put up fake condemd notices on her door. all sorts of fun stuff! adopt and release animals around her property. or buy feeder mice by the dozen at some snake store. dump salt into her yard(high PH kills EVERYTHING, also works good on grass/weeds in driveways haha) but some ready-to-go asphalt pot hole filler and make her a nice little speed bump in her driveway. maybe one of those will work

With my first house I had similar experiences with the "crazy old neighbor lady" across the street. She had a clear view down my driveway and into my garage. She would call the police for any pretext - just me being outside at night was justification. Having the sheriff randomly visit my house for "noise complaints" was just part of the summer routine (2 or 3 or more times a month).
At one point I hung a pulley system with a big tarp curtain across the driveway to block her view. It was making me crazy to have this vicious and nasty old woman constantly watching everything I did. Took the fun right out of home ownership. I eventually put up a big wooden privacy fence and swinging gate - but just on the side of the yard she had a view of.
The harassment never ended until she finally died. I'd long before gotten to the point of actually hating the old woman, so when the ambulance took her away I felt no pity at all, only a sense of relief.

This was the same case with my neighbor. The funny thing is I bought the house I grew up in so I had to deal with her for 15+ years. This woman lived with her mom and no lie her name was Bertha! Both she and her mom weighed in somewhere north of 300lbs and were a miserable pair.

Rick, if I recall correctly, there was a nice tire patch about 30 feet long right in front of your house. So I wonder if that was payback for her being a [censored] or one of the reasons this lady's such a PITA.

Print off a couple sheets of labels w/ her phone# on them & a little message that reads..."need a date", or "for a good time call..", something like that
You get the idea...then you take these labels & stick them to every payphone you can find in high traffic, seedy areas. Malls are also a good place, where kids like to screw around...

haha that stuff is great!we used it in the front of our driveway because the rain actually eroded away the road in front of our house living about a 3" hole in a the tire tracks. But its filled now
