or the mail box shut(which is more illegal, because harming mailboxes is bad). subscrib her to every porn mag under the sun
put up fake condemd notices on her door. all sorts of fun stuff! adopt and release animals around her property. or buy feeder mice by the dozen at some snake store. dump salt into her yard(high PH kills EVERYTHING, also works good on grass/weeds in driveways haha) but some ready-to-go asphalt pot hole filler and make her a nice little speed bump in her driveway. maybe one of those will work
