Well, the 3rd gear grind is going bye bye!

I took the car in on Monday telling them that it would grind into third gear and that going into 1st gear is a bit tough (Even after RELIGOUS trans flushes). So, what is Jerome Duncan Ford (Michigans #1 Ford delaership) doign for me?!
Well, I have Fords Premium Care extended warranty with a 50.00 deductable and they DECLINED the repairs. Jerome Duncan was appauled as to why they would do such a thing, so my service advisor called me and told me. I was a bit shocked becuase I was expecting a 50.00 bill for this.. not 1500.00 like it was going to be. So, my service advisor talked to the Service manager about this issue, looked at my past vehicle service records and I just got an email back.

This just goes to prove that not all Ford Dealership are out the rape you. This is my 2nd experience with Jerome Duncan in jsut a couple weeks where they have bent over backwords and took it for the customer.
