I saw it last night. I thought it was a good movie. Some parts of the movie baffled me, like how the kid survived and made it to boston, but for what it was the movie was pretty damn good.
Also, alot of people are complaining about the ending...well, isn't that how the aliens died in the book? They got wiped out by the common cold. I agree, it happened a little fast, but it wasn't bad.
Oh yeah...and They shot the scenes @ his house in Staten Island! ! W00t!! From his backyard, you can see my old mechanic's shop.
