I would do everything yourself like the others said. It may take you a good part of an afternoon, but it will save you a few hundred dollars that can be used for future maintenance etc. At the very least buy the parts yourself and, do the air filter (super easy), clean the intake (very easy), change the pvc (very easy), and maybe the fuel filter (easy-depending on the last change), spark plug wires (very easy) and three front plugs are easy...the firewall side plugs are a little tougher but not impossible. If you don;t have the patience for them, just get a shop who knows what they are doing to do them for you.
