Is the 885 foglight the same as any H bulb? Like an H3 or H4? I am having problems finding a blue/white 885 bulb to match my APC xenons. Thanks for the help!

No.

The OE bulb is an 893 upgradeable to an 885 50w with an uncoated tip.

I know the 885 is an upgrade, that is why I want to buy them. But is the bulb # 885 the same number as any of the H#. I know sometimes companies use the H# instead of a number. So does an 885=H#

If not, anybody know where I can get a blue/white 885 bulb?

The 885s are nice. A huge improvement. Funny how something as small as 12W can make a big difference! I think I have heard that with a minor modification to the connectors an H3 will fit.

I've done this mod as well and its a "must do!" Huge increase in brightness and at $23.00 its pretty cheap considering the next logical move is to the PIAA 510's that are 55 watts in power but better build quality. Anyways the 885's are readily available at your local auto parts stores. These are a direct replacement and fit right in w/o any mods to your exsisting lights.

Now to really answer your question: The 885's do not "cross over" directy to any H? bulb. Different items altogether.
