I doubt that's the case, since the car manufacturers are basing the top tier gasoline largely on government emissions standards. And Exxon isn't even on the list

Besides, if you personally have noticed getting 30 more miles per tank on Chevron gas compared to other brands, then that's evidence in itself that the top tier list is not BS.
