I can't believe what some people are saying on this. Best Scam said that it was going to be free, then changed their minds about it. If they said they were going to charge him after they did the work, then what they did was illegal. Second, he was paying in LEGAL U.S MONEY! If he was paying for a $2000 T.V. with $20 bills, would that have been "frowned" apon or should have he ran to the bank (again) to make it easier for the company to take his money? They are providing a SERVICE to the people, and yes they are making money but if this is how they treat paying customers then there is something seriously wrong. I mean if you go to McD's and get a cheeseburger and you pay with quarters does that mean the cook can spit in your food?
