I used Berrymans12 that stuff is amazing. I picked up a few cans last year when I was in the US.
I've also used Crappy tires TB cleaner and/or there carb cleaner it works good if you can't find anything else.
I've even used the generic stuff walmart sells and it's not bad either.

Injector cleaners or fuel system cleaners don't work, you need the spray.
