Even my friends who are girls comment on how weak my(err mom's car) horn sounds When I get a tour, air horns are going on.

It all depends. My friend's E0 CSVT had a completely different horn than my '00. COMPLETELY!!!

Oooh! Tugboat horn! That'd rock--seriously. Wonder if you can get them on eBay...
My last car was a '99 Steek, and I put my old '87 Taurus horns in it. In addition to the stock horn. I really liked the Taurus horn, and the squeaky Steeky just didn't cut it.
The odd part is that due to the different pitch in the Taurus and Steek horns, a prolonged blast seemed to oscillate. Kind of like a really loud cell phone ringer with bass. Weird. It got people's attention, but it sounded kind of broken.
Stealth is best. Make it look stock. Confuse people. Bother people.
--'00 Contour SVT in dashing Silver Frost. Completely stock. Gonna do some minor tinkering. Ultimate goal? True dual! Now... Just need lots of money...

If you ever come across a mid-late 80s Buick Riviera in a junkyard (and Cadillacs of that era as well, I think) and want a nice horn upgrade, grab them. Most of them were equipped with four horns, and they are REALLY loud and deep.

Agreed. I too think the stock horns are a little bit girly. But they are fairly loud comparatively.
