P-1151 is for accelerator position sensor (ems) circuit
If you replaced the correct oxygen sensor and its failing still you might have oil leaking on to it and clogging it up. Do you blow gray smoke?
Take out the sensor and inspect it, It should be very clean if you just R&R it.
P-0153 i believe is sensor 1 bank 2 slow response, which is radiator side.
