Please explain... I think I am misinterpreting you to say that the automaker knows better what car I want to own than I do. I am glad that you at least see my vision for perfection, even if you seem more resigned than I am that nobody is trying to achieve it.

I think I overstated my point of the redesign that should take place for every car every 4-6 years. A ground-up redesign does not necessarily mean a completely new platform, however, it needs to be more than the facelift the VUE just received.

I still hold that this level of redesign is necessary to remain competitive and successful in the current marketplace.
