04 overland? for 17k before trade? that's a steal. around here that's at least a $25k jeep on a really good day - when i bought mine i passed on an '04 overland w/ similar mileage for $27-28k because they weren't moving on the price.

but i think the suede inserts were only on the '02 overlands....for '03/04 they went to a two-tone leather.
