I found the left and right vents differ about 3 degrees, and the center vent is cooler, even with the engine cold, no heater core effect. All the air comes out of one large hole and is divided by ductwork, there is no device in the HVAC box to unbalance airflow temperatures. The thumbwheels allow reduction of air flow to a vent. I reduced the middle flow slightly, to get more air out of the side vents. I checked my family's other Mystique, after recharging the a/c, it does the same things. Yes, we have two .
