Very important! We Miami/Ft. Lauderdale wolves need to establish travel plan. The route is obviously up Okeechobee (HWY 27) road all the way, but we need to figure out where we are going to meet up to head out together. Anyone got any ideas?

My .02 still says that you guys are still having this trip way too close to the last one. And then still expect another one before all of us collegers have to start class up again?! It will have barely been a month. You guys must make some of the fastest money in th world. -SAV

I don't get it, you are complaining about both meets being back to back, but are also complaining about the one after Lake Placid being right at the start of your fall semester? I can imagine your doctor appointment being your only impediment for the second meet...
I mean, I don't know what you reffer to as "back to back" since there is a 30-day+ separation between the two, and unless you are a business traveler or car salesman, making preps should be a cinch. Regarding the financial side of things, you have the option of riding with other CEGrs from your area with small gas contributions being your only expense, so not too much excuse there.
Maybe we should just postpone the entire meet till next summer, and maybe that will give you plenty of time to compose a travel plan, and good master-mind excuse for last minute bail-out..."back to back"

Yeah c'mon guys. I've got to save up the most for this trip and clear a few days off my work schedule for this. Mos tof you guys have less than 10 hours a drive, a coupel tanks of gas, and maybe a day off work, I have to take 3 days off and drive a combined amount 3300 miles which is 10 tanks of gas, which is about 300.00 in gas alone. I can't be going back and forth on dates if I'm expected to drive down there...otherwise I don't come/I fly. By NEXT Friday, I HAVE to have a concrete date to give notice...otherwise, I will have to "bail". As of right now.... flying is starting to look a little bit better IMHO.
