Still doing some checking but I am at 65.00 a night for a double 1-4 people per room. I also am looking into Lake Placid/Sebring area, a friends parents own a no-tell motel there and we might get rooms cheap. Really this is where the meet should be, sebring raceway, big lakes with beaches, curvy roads. http://www.lpfla.com/

1/4 acre lot in highland pines 16,000->
1/4 acre lot sun-n-lakes 26,000->
1/4 acre in placid lakes 30,000->
Lake lots
Lake June, 500,000->
Lake Placid same

Ok, Here is what I know.
If your looking for long term 3-5yrs highland pines is where it's at % wise. I will look for a small lake lot for you also.
Placid lakes is also good.
The short money is in sun-n-lakes new roads two golf courses and a expanding utility system. The risk here is in the bond issues that can = 12,000 or more so we have to ck to see when water/sewer will hit your lot. Why pay for it if you will get no us from it.
