yes, unfortunately Doug is correct Apparently there is too much "risk" involved (stainless steel welds, heating and then cooling every time you drive your car= prone to cracking)

As far as I've heard though, I've never heard of any problems, so i'm not worried

I can definately tell a difference throughout the whole rpm range. Even if you are just crusing around in 4th, and give it a little, it really bites in now. Before, the rpm's would have to work up a little. There is definately a torque gain with this mod, its its definately worth it if you can find somebody to get it done!

As far as the sound goes... it is different, but I don't think its louder. Its a little deeper, and a bit more throaty. It produces a tone that says "Yeah thats right, this ain't no 4 banger!! "

Has anyone found any exhuast shops that would do this y-pipe modification if you gave them the instructions we have posted on the site? If so, what place did it and how much did they charge?

Price seems to be anywhere from $50 to $150. Your best luck, from what I've read and experienced, is to go to a "mom and pop" or "speed" muffler shop where they spend most of their time doing exhaust work.
