A good autobody person who knows how to plastic weld should be able to use the center top section of the se bumper and put it onto the SVT one.
Very easy task if you have the right tools to do the job.
Lets see, a heat gun, urethane strips (used like welding flux) and cutoff tools.
Also, not to mention a shop to do the work.
Trust me, I am in the process of buying an SVT front bumper right now!
