You're exactly right about the aesthetics of having the fenders pulled out and the car sitting so low to the ground. I actually meant to mention the lowering in my post, but forgot (doh!). Anyway, I think with the silver example just above the BTCC racer that the kit is fairly low to begin with. Keep in mind that several of us have had Eibachs installed which have resulted in about 2" of drop anyhow. If the side skirts and rear were designed to make this all flow accordingly, a small lip protruding from the bottom of the front could possibly make this one of the best-looking body kits around

. Granted, it wouldn't touch the ground the way the BTCC racer does (nor would we want it to for obvious reasons), but I think everyone is on the right track.
I even went as far as contacting ProDrive and a couple of vendors (BAT being one, I think) and asked them about the possibility of purchasing this piece. Expense, however, made them reluctant to pursue it.
I'm afraid I must admit my ignorance about carbon splitters, though. What is this and how does it affect the appearance of the car?
Again, everyone keep up the good work! If someone in the business is actually monitoring this thread, hopefully they'll see the desire to have such a kit made and will take us seriously...
Or, we could all sell everything we have and buy the BTCC racers. They aren't in service anymore since all indications are the BTCC turned into some VW cup or something like that

We could have them on a time-share program...95sespeed could get it these two days, I could take it the next, and so on...heh heh
We are the *******-children of the aftermarket world, I think...
