from what I've seen the Mondeo race car is a stock (non SVT) style bumper with a carbon spliter. I think some places in europe sell similar spliters, and I'm sure you caould make it work on the Contour. (BTW the race cars look good because they have been lowered about 6". Look at the front fenders, they are pulled out at the top, and the wheel opening goes almost to the top, I'd guess about 3" or the fender hase been cut out.
