I'm pouring a new stamped concrete side walk to my patio, installing a new wood privacy fence, and drinking.

Naw... it's already for sale. Signs up!   So, we'll see.. it coudl go quick, I'm asking about 10 grand less than anyone in the area and my house is MUCHO nicer. I'm kinda hoping it sells BEFORE I go down to PPP 05, if it does, I'll just fuggin rent a U-haul and tow the car down to FL with all my stuff.
