As you read in the title, I'm having a problem with my 96 honda civic CX. My turn signals work when i have my lights off, but when i turn them on, the indicators on the dash say there on and when i try to use them, they dont work. Plus my 4 way flashers dont work when I have my lights on. Can anyone help me out??

see if the hazard switch is messed - then go wire divin'

Make sure all applicable bulbs are working. I know in my Honda Accord, there are two sets of bulbs in my corner signals. One stays on all the time when the lights are on and one blinks. They both blink when the lights are off so maybe this could be a start for you.
