I think the only truely sealed engines run on Uranium laugh

The last car I had that vented crankcase gasses directly to the atmosphere was my 1966 Chevy Nova. Crankcase gasses are now sent back into the intake for combustion.

Heck, even exhaust gas is sent back through the intake to reduce NOx pollutants.
