I don't buy this one bit, and you shouldn't either. She's done much more than you or I can imagine if she's that ashamed of it and it was important enough to come up so early in your 'relationship'. And if so much came up so early, you can only guess what will haunt you once you get to know her better. If it's as bad as both you and her are making it sound, this girl's skeletons will be impossible to ignore.
...but whether or not that matters is up to you. I'm not going to sit here and tell you you should or should not go for this girl. All I or anyone else here can do is serve up some perspective.

If it bothers either of you then you risk that it may end up destroying you. Look at how this affects your trust of her right now, and as you're dating how you feel when she has to work late, or cannot see you for some reason.
If you even once doubt her, then the trust is lacking and it will destroy you in the end. Not to offend you, but you seem to have taken this to heart a lot at such an early time, I imagine that you feel like she has cheated on you from what you have written, and that she may well cheat on you.
Only you can decide how comfortable you are. If you can't deal with it, then do not even put yourself in the situation is my advice.

BURNT - Did we ever get your age? This sounds like young puppy love. I think everyone knows what it's like to be single for a little while, then get sucked in by the first person that shows you a little attention. Keep a cool head about things, and don't go jumping in over your head into something you aren't prepared to get out of. If my guess is right, and she's as young as she comes off to be, then her "past" was just a few months ago, unless she was c0ck-gobbling at the age of 13 or something. I just think something is a little fishy with this story and how open she is already about her past. I dated a girl like this back when I was in H.S. and it didn't work out in my favor. Good luck though, as I'm not sure you're really looking for opinions, after going against all odds with this girl.
