Give things patience and time. I'm not too pleased with some of the BS I pulled in college and high-school, but I've moved on from that lifestyle, got lucky and found a woman that had a lot of understanding and forgiveness in her. Neither one of us were paragons of virtue, but some of the wild and hairy nights in my past certainly had her eyebrows scraping the ceiling...
I certainly wouldn't jump into anything real quick, but give things a chance if there is a real bond. I admire honesty, especially in someone that volunteered damaging information up front. It shows a fair amount of maturity and responsibility, unless I'm totally reading things wrong (wouldn't be the first time)...

my girlfriend had a bad past, Im not going to bring up anything that has happened to her, because im sure she doesnt want me saying everything, but I love her just the same. She has changed her way and habbits. if this girl you have a thing for has changed then dont judge them for their past. What matters is your time with her, and not who did what with whom in the past, because the past is done, worrying about the past will just make things worse... Ive gotten in trouble with my girlfriend a few times worrying about it. But its all good now. Give her a chance buddy, she deserves it. Her past was before you knew it, so you know her for who she is now, and there is a LOW chance she will get back into that. Especially if she starts to love you, because she wont want to hurt you, as you wont want to hurt her. All I can say buddy, is go for it. If it feels right, and you two have a thing for each other. Then you shouldnt see anything wrong with seeing her more.

my feelings are that she opened up this soon in order to save him some time.
Say they dated for 2 years, fell totally in love, and then he found out about her past.
If that's something he can't live with, it's better he know right up front rather than find out later.

IMO it makes a little more sense after the 4th date, especially if you were getting intimate at all. Sounds like she's being honest, and discussing an emotional topic for her. But like others I'm wondering how old you guys are and what the extent of her whoreness was. If you're like 30, and she said, "I couldn't stop sleeping around for 10 years," that might be too much for me. But if you're in your early 20's and it's more like "I had a lot of sex in college," it would be different.
