Nobody has broken the 408whp mark..... yet. I think Jim will definitely be there after his next tune. Looking at his dyno graph from when they backed off at 4700 rpms, his HP would have definitely crossed the 400 mark had they stayed in it, it's just a matter of how far over the 400 line.
