Just get a '00 Focus header and have a short adapter pipe made up. That's what I'm doing. The headers a cheap, sturdy, flow well, and are stainless. Those log-periodic headers look like they flow like crap, IMHO.

Plus, if you ever want to change over to a higher flowing part, any of the aftermarket focus shorty headers can be swapped with it.

AH, thanks BP, forgot the simplest method. That's what my dad did when he turbo'd his focus, just used the stock manifold with a small adapter.

Though logs flow pretty decent. It's not till you go past 20psi that a log style would give problems. At least one Focus manifold has done 300whp so either are capable of decent numbers. Though I don't know if I'd trust any of those shorties Focus headers at boost EGTs.

I dunno about that one. ZXtuner's site says that it's carbon steel. The turbo heat will probably screw it up. At normal turbo exhaust temperature, it will cook any kind of heat treatment out of mild steel.

I'd get one of the full stainless shorty focus headers for another $50. That way you don't have to worry about it cracking or distorting.
