WHAT? That thread ended, nothing ever came of it. And I'd assume he wants an exhaust manifold?

pretty hard to find, and bear in mind the silvertop and blacktop zetecs have a different downpipe route. you could get something like a focus RS manifold and have the downpipe route altered.

Check Ebay for a Focus turbo manifold,
they're on there alot,
and they're pretty cheap.

And who cares if you have to custom route the downpipe.
you're going to have to custom build the rest of the kit anyway.

Most homemade zetec turbo setups got their manifold from there. It comes either in pieces you weld yourself or fully welded except for the turbo flange so you can do the fitting on your car then just get the flange welded and cut yourself.

I don't know if a 1.8 manifold would fit our 2.0s. Also where that manifold puts the turbo would make downpipe fitment a hastle and putting it ontop would cause hood clearance issues.

While the Focus RS manifold is pretty sturdy, most people say it flows like crap. If you look at it from other angles than that pic you'd know what I mean. Also where it puts the turbo could interfere with the front motor mount.
