Things that disolve/remove wax, let's see...

3M adhesive remover
3M bug and tar remover
rubbing alcohol

These are the best three I have used. Make sure to use a small brush and not a rag as the rag won't clear out the little pits in the textured plastic. Only use Back to Black after the wax is gone. HTH
