I just called PHP(Paul's High Performance) and the only FWD they do is the SVT Focus. I was primarily interested in using his facilities, but having Jerry do the tuning. He never gave me any real answer to that. They also charge $150/hr. on the dyno, which is a little higher than I was hoping. I will be contacting Jerry in the (hopefully)near future for a tune.
