how do I get ahold of Jerry?
I think I caught him in a bad mood, either that or he just isn't very "personable", but everyone swears by his tunes. I still have a weird start-up/idle from his tune.

GodSpeed in Novi, they are the only readily available AWD dyno in the area that I am aware of.
Offroad, Sorry I didn't get back to you; I talked to my buddy, and he said that Lidio at ALternative would probably be agood choice. I like Paul, and love to send him business, but I'm not sure he will do FWD stuff anymore. you can always call and ask him though.

does your idle just bounce up and down between at like 500-750 rpms.

I would call it a "cycle". goes from rich to lean about 3 times on each startup, each cycle takes about 15 seconds.
RPMs change through the cycle, starting from normal 600ish to over 1000 (maybe 1500).
The car is coming out of the garage this weekend for the summer (everything was delayed from buying a house). So the plan is to go bigger injectors, bigger MAF and retune. I can't remember exactly how the rpms cycle on startup, but I'll let you know next week.

I just called PHP(Paul's High Performance) and the only FWD they do is the SVT Focus. I was primarily interested in using his facilities, but having Jerry do the tuning. He never gave me any real answer to that. They also charge $150/hr. on the dyno, which is a little higher than I was hoping. I will be contacting Jerry in the (hopefully)near future for a tune.

I havent had any personal experience with them, but if they use a tail-pipe sniffer that is still a wideband, but will give a bad reading due to the exhaust gasses being passed through the cat. If I were doing some tuning I would pay to have a bung welded in.

doesn't jerry do the tuning over at lidio's shop also?
What's Alternative's number and address? I'd like Jerry to do mine again since I got the MSDS headers.
