I saw one at PepBoys recently for $30. It was faux carbon fibre and looked uncomfortable. There are also knobs that are more like a shaft with a button on the top meant for ricers. Basically you are stuck with the Contour shift knob. Ford of UK has silver ATX knobs but BAT never returned my calls about whether or not they could get it. But you could paint your existing one silver or use that carbon fibre tape. Also, who cares about the O/D button? I have NEVER pushed it.
