as for the engine, have the car towed or have an engine mechanic look at teh engien and CERTIFY is is damaged and NEEDS replacement. If that boxer engine ran with low oil for a mear few seconds, it's dman near shot. Also, good luck with the timing on that, I hear they are an absolute [censored] to fix. That all sucks alot!
