I did it just as APT CSVT did . Fished the wires , grabbed them with needle nose pliers , ran them along the sides of the engine bay ... the whole shootin' match . If you follow his instructions you'll be fine . And very happy with your working sidemarkers .

While on the subject, does anyone know where I can get Hyper White bulbs that would fit in the A6 markers or even know the model # of the bulbs in them??

I didn't have one lying around to compapre, but the A6 bulb looks like #194 standard bulb as I recall.
