It isn't a cobra, no side exit exhaust. Can't figure out if it is a GT or V-6 though.

No sh!t! LOL! I'm talking an "average" Cobra. Not a Cobra R. We know it's not an R. No way is that kid driving a 55k Mustang around. 
It does have the three color taillights--found only on the earlier cobras (or aftermarket, but I'm guessing if he doesn't even get his trunk holes filled properly he wouldn't go through that much effort to get the right taillights). It's most likely not the latest of that body though, with the blower.
That is an '01 Cobra. The '99 Cobra did not have the COBRA lettering on the rear bumper.
