Even the article you posted says "Michigan is the only state that has a four-inch limit on the front and side windows," Woodall said. That's the goofiest rule I've ever heard. I don't know of anyone who tints their windows this way, nor would it really protect you from the Sun all of the time. They should either say all or none! Some of these Michigan laws are just retarded...
