Whoa... been a LONG time since I was in here! Hello to those who remember me & the old SVT/SHO Society
My wife and I have been living in Rapid City, South Dakota for the last 10 months while she pursues a Masters in Paleontology. However, the move has been pure hell and this part of the country is perhaps the worst place in the nation to try and make a living. That combined with a less than impressive Paleo program out here has brought us to yet another big move across the country: Ann Arbor
It's sort of like a homecomming for me: I grew up just north of Ann Arbor, and my wife will be finishing her grad & PhD work at U of M. We'll be moving mid August, and there's already a huge party/car meet in the works. I want to formally extend the invitation here as well.
When: Saturday, Sept. 3rd
Where: Location TBD, though it will be in SE Michigan. Most likely the Ann Arbor area, or my Brother's house north of Howell.
This is also going to be a big Tri-State SHO-SVT meet... they're a club primarily of Taurus SHO enthusiasts but they're also looking to fill some of the SVT ranks as well. They've been kinda quiet the past couple years, but with me returning to SE Michigan they're hoping to spark things up a bit
I know it's been a WHILE since I had a Contour, but I hope you guys can still find a spot for an old enthusiast

It's been a LONG time since I hung out with the full on Great Lakes crew... not since the SVT/SHO Society days. I sincerely hope you folks can make the Labor Day meet; it'll be good to see you again
