well it looks like when you order a window regulater it comes as a unit, so its either that part/unit, or the glass broke where it mounts to the regulator (I'm hoping the latter is very unlikely).
I'm going to call Bill J though, because I"m a little confused looking at these parts. On fordpartsonline there is a "Window Regulator" listed at only $65, under the Body Hardware>Door>Front Door>Regulator category. But then over in the Electrical>Body Electrical>Front Door>Window Regualtor category it lists for $143.
I think I'm goign to go the junkyard route anyway, they have some off 2000 models with motor and regulator for like $75
