3/8 breaker bar (no getting around this part!!!)
You can either go from the top, passenger side, about even with the motor mount (but slightly below it)
OR
from the passenger wheel well, remove the splash shield, and fender liner, then you can easily access the tensioner from there. (MUCH more "turning" room than up top, though it takes longer to get to b/c of the shield/liner)

turn it clockwise (if standing on passenger side, facing car.) to remove tension from belt. While holding, remove belt from on pulley (recommend A/C pulley as it is the furthest, and gives the most slack.. bottom right from pass.side. facing car)
release breaker bar, snake old belt out from behind tensioner pulley, remove.

replace in same routing (with treads facing the same direction, not "flipped" over.. follow diagram on car...)

remove tension, add belt to A/C pulley once more.. release tensioner.. done.

15 minutes, MAYBE!!!!
