LOL
I never did get round to calling Harry after all. At the time I was driving my wife to work, working myself, then driving the kids. Ended up being a 5am-12:30am day, so I was pretty much burned out.
She drives like a beaut though, I'll say that. I can feel the rear strut brace, makes for a very interesting experience. Feels like the rear is going to kick loose, but I think what I'm really feeling is a little extra bite ... the same way that you feel a little unsure with brand new struts/springs.
Have to wonder though ... who's fault is the rough tranny ... I was told the dealer's son used it as a play to, so could be anyone. Plenty of rough noises coming when in gear ... luckily I'm in contact with another expat who is going to fix her up and throw in a Quaife (once I get tax refund).
The rest of the evil past has my curiosity piqued ... should I call her Christine ??
