I used a product called De-Solv-it. I'ts citrus based. I had all the residue off all four doors in about 20 min.. If you use this stuff I recomend putting a thin coating on the whole strip starting at one end.[One door at a time.] Go back with a clean 100% cotton rag moistened with the stuff and just rub it off gently. You will need to move to a clean spot on the rag often because the adheasive builds up quickly. No adverse effects on the paint at all.
