The 30 amp fuse will also start to melt its holder in the panel too. I had to put an external fuse holder and a jumper to keep mine going. Fan is on HIGH a lot around these parts. Also, when my cycle switch was acting up (I didn't know it until it completely broke) I ran the fan on high a lot to cool down the car.
It's frickin hot and humid here!
