I've installed the IM client, so I am can be reached via any of the IM systems whereever I'm at. I also love the email integration, and attachment viewer. (I have about $300 in extra apps for the phone.) As an FYI, when I first got it, I did NOT like the default setup (most people don't). Its totally configuable, however, so now its s snap to use. FUNC-M goes to my email messages, FUNC-B to my graphical browser, FUNC-I to IM, and SPACE to recent calls list. Another nice feature is the in-holster vs out-holster rings, so when its on yer hip you can set it to vibrate only, etc. And the Bluetooth owns with a wireless earpiece!
