I remember a while ago there was a good how to install mesh(front oval). I was wondering if anyone had the post, I thought I saved it but I guess I'm wrong. Thanks in advanced.

Is this the one your looking for? You could have done a search first if you haven't done so.

If anyone else has anything else to add to make it easier, go ahead. What size screws should I use?

I'm with Nick, more specifics would be helpful. Can you reinstall the Ford Logo onto the mesh? How?

I used the gutter guard from Home Depot, and did the drilling to get the silver ring off. Then I traced w/ a Sharpie the shape of the ring onto the mesh. I then used tin snips and cut it to size (bigger than needed). After I fitted it, I just used regualar screws to hold the grille in w/ washers. I then pressed down to mold the gutter guard to the shape of the oval. I used cable ties to hold the grille silver ring on. Finally, I reinstalled the Ford logo by unscrewing the bolts on the back of it w/ pliers, then pushed it though the new mesh and put the nuts back on.
