this is a magnetic flywheel that is powered from electicity and magnets. assuming the magnet speed is based off the energy received, you would be able to control the energy given with a foot pedal. Simular to having a light dimmer switch that you can adjust by moving up and down. This electric flywheel could have magnets in the inside moving and have a flywheel and clutch in the outside driven from magnetic power inside. This would turn the transmission and all the gears. now would this create enough power..? Some of the fastest rollercoasters in the world are driven from negative and positive work against each other to create movement. 0-60 on a rollercoaster with this set up is around 3 seconds which is impressive for the weight. Just pondering ideas....let me know what you think... imagine a big magnetmotor creating energy. they would last forever because they will never ware down cause magnets would never touch...
